Forum on the State of Natural and Cultural Heritage Places in ACT and NSW

We are pleased to be presenting, come along as this forum is not to be missed!

Oona Nicolson (Director / Principal Heritage Advisor) will be one of the presenters at a forum on heritage in the ACT and southern NSW, convened by the Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand (EIANZ), ACT Division.

Delivering a presentation on Victoria’s changing heritage legislation – useful approaches for protecting heritage in the ACT, Oona will describe some of the benefits and the pitfalls of the current Victorian legislation, and how some of the lessons learnt can be applied to the ACT and NSW context.

The ACT Division is convening a one-day forum on 10 November 2015 which aims to provide an opportunity for environmental professionals to share their knowledge and awareness about the state of natural and cultural heritage places in the ACT.

Join our staff and other environmental professionals, including heritage architects, archaeologists, planners, historians, researchers, students, museum administrators and government officials, for what will be a very informative day.
