Projects

A consultant team that is experienced in the successful delivery of advice and services on projects that are similar to yours reduces risk and provides peace of mind.

Our team has now completed more than 6,000 projects, and over time accumulated deep and extensive experience across a wide range of sectors. These projects range in size from small to large to state significant, from straight forward to complex and multi-disciplinary, from short term to several years long.

Caroline Springs Railway Station

Our team facilitated planning and approvals for the construction of Caroline Springs Railway Station for PTV in consultation with V/Line. We developed management plans for matters of national environmental significance and have been undertaking monitoring and management of the site for more than five years.

Nowingi Solar Farm

Our team conducted natural and cultural heritage assessments, BushBroker plans and biodiversity offsets advice for Nowingi Solar Farm, a $660 million dollar development in north-west Victoria.

Level Crossing Removal Project

The Victorian Government is removing 73 level crossings throughout the Melbourne metropolitan railway network. Ecology and Heritage Partners have provided extensive natural and cultural heritage services on a number of sites. This included biodiversity offsets and trades, CHMPs, CEMPs, ecological assessments and surveys, historical heritage assessments, permit and licence applications.

Grantville Quarry Ecological Surveys

Ecological assessments and targeted flora and fauna surveys were required as part of planning approvals for a proposed sand quarry at Grantville in Victoria. Advice was also provided to mitigate the impact on significant species and avoid triggering an Environment Effects Statements (EES).

Woodlea Masterplanned Community

Woodlea is a masterplanned community that achieved EnviroDevelopment certification for all six sustainability elements. Specialist ecological services were provided for five years during the precinct structure planning and approval process.

Outer Suburban Arterial Roads Program (OSARs)

The Outer Suburban Arterial Roads Program (OSARs) is a multi-billion dollar program to upgrade major arterial roads around Melbourne. Our team is undertaking extensive cultural heritage investigations and management plans, and ecological surveys.

Environmental Auditing for Googong Township Water Cycle Plant

Independent environmental auditing services were conducted during the construction and commissioning of the water recycling plant at Googong Township in New South Wales. The six-month project ensured compliance with the project's complex approval conditions.

Bushfire Management Reports for Residential Subdivisions

Bushfire Management Plans are regularly required as part of the planning approval process for large residential sub-divisions. Our team of bushfire consultants are experts in the preparation of the necessary plans and reports.

Merrimu Precinct Structure Plan

Our natural and cultural heritage teams are assisting a major landholder/developer, in collaboration with the Victorian Planning Authority, to develop the Merrimu Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) for a new 7,200 lot residential precinct.

Kangaroo Management Plans for Residential Subdivisions

The development of a Kangaroo Management Plan is regularly provided as part of the planning approval process for large residential sub-divisions.
