Ravenhall Industrial Precinct On-site Offset

Ecology and Heritage Partners facilitated the planning approvals process for the Ravenhall Industrial Precinct on behalf of Dexus Wholesale Management Ltd, and established the associated on-site offset site at 91-167 Palm Street, Ravenhall.

The offset site was established to protect nationally-significant ecological values, including a population of Spiny Rice-flower Pimelea spinescens subsp. spinescens, Striped Legless Lizard Delma impar habitat, and areas of the Natural Temperate Grasslands of the Victorian Volcanic Plain (NTGVVP) ecological community.

On behalf of the proponent, we undertake the ongoing monitoring and management of ecological works to ensure the enhancement of the population of Spiny Rice-flower, the Striped Legless Lizard habitat, and the quality of the NTGVVP ecological community.
